Spent New Year's Eve here and it was the best decision ever. The traditional room with tatami mats was very comfortable and spacious for two people. The hotel's hot springs offered a breathtaking view of the mountains and cityscape. The staff was incredibly friendly and served delicious cuisine with many local ingredients. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to the centre of town, which made it easy to explore key locations. a very authentic and relaxing experience.
The hotel could use some renovations in their carpets and paint, but it didn't detract from our stay overall.
